Of course, litigation involves more than the
presentation of a case in a courtroom. Among other things,
litigation involves
·meeting with my client ·
to discuss the facts and legal issues involved in a dispute ·
to develop a theme for the handling of that dispute, and ·
to listen to the client’s goals in that dispute ·developing a strategy for the handling of the dispute ·meeting with other parties to gain additional insight
into the claims made against my
client ·conducting formal discovery such as depositions ·continuing to develop the case strategy, and ·presenting my client’s case in trial and appellate courts.
My representation of a client includes all of these elements, and more.
